The revised 5/2/2017 includes 1 change found on page 5, Section II. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ACCREDITATIONS, PERMITS, and INSURANCE. Since the Department of Labor Standards no longer issues Employment Agency License or Service Agency Registration for home care agencies unless the agency is a functioning as a true staffing agency and issuing 1099s to its direct care workers, reference to this Licensure has been removed from the Administrative Overview.

Aging Services Access Points (ASAP) vendors and interested ASAP vendors should download and review the documents posted on the Administrative Overview category link before completing the Administrative Overview form for procurement or monitoring purposes, as required by the ASAP.
